At 16 years old Ileft schoolto work in England as a rider and instructor in Oldencraig Equestrian Centre with Vicky Thompson Winfield, an Olympic Rider as they offered me the job after having there a lesson with Mrs. Thompson. I learned a lot, not just about riding and teaching, but also about how to run top facilities, how to deal with clients and employees, how to present and record horses for sale, ... I left the center because I was not improving my rider's skills as much as I wanted, not because I was not riding, but because I was not having regular trainings and at that time, I was only at level 4. Also, because there were some things done in a way I didn´t agree with and I wasn´t any longer proud of the people I was working for.
